Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our data integrity and customer records. You will work independently in a remote environment, ensuring that all data entered into our systems is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and product data into our CRM and database systems.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing databases with a high degree of precision.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or system issues.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed data entry tasks to minimize errors.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to our new digital platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience with data entry and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
