Responsibilities
- Input and verify customer and product data into our secure CRM and database systems with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.

- Generate and maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the management of email queues and digital correspondence.
- Follow strict data security protocols to protect sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
