Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our digital database systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, or discrepancies and rectify any issues immediately.
- Organize and maintain physical or electronic files to ensure efficient record retrieval.
- Transcribe data from various sources, including scanned documents and audio files, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports by compiling and sorting data.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify instructions and resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy (99%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of database management principles is a plus.
