Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO/SEM strategies across Google, Bing, and social platforms
- Create engaging content calendars and manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar tools
- Optimize email marketing campaigns with A/B testing and segmentation
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and landing pages
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
