Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain remote equipment including laptops, peripherals, and specialized tools
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and video for clients in the Fort Worth region
- Document equipment issues, resolutions, and inventory updates in company systems
- Coordinate with logistics team for equipment shipments and returns
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and best practices
- Monitor equipment performance and proactively address potential problems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, networking basics, and remote tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficient in troubleshooting diagnostic techniques and problem-solving
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups in Fort Worth area
