Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for remote clients via video call and remote access tools
- Assemble, configure, and calibrate specialized equipment using provided kits
- Document troubleshooting processes and client interactions in CRM system
- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients on equipment operation
- Collaborate with engineering team to escalate complex hardware/software issues
- Maintain equipment inventory and request replacements as needed
- Adhere to security protocols for handling sensitive client data
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support, IT, or equipment maintenance field
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficient in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and diagnostic software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Self-motivated with strong time management in remote environments
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional local equipment pickup/delivery
