Responsibilities
- Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot industrial equipment issues via video calls and remote access tools
- Provide step-by-step technical guidance to clients for equipment repairs and maintenance
- Document service tickets using our CRM system with detailed notes and resolution steps
- Coordinate with field technicians for complex hardware replacements when required
- Conduct virtual equipment training sessions for client staff
- Monitor equipment performance metrics through our proprietary monitoring platform
- Submit weekly progress reports and improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or repair
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and VPN technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to guide others through technical processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
