Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with account management, password resets, and software installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols.
- Conduct periodic system checks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
