Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via remote channels.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on customer satisfaction and quick turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all support tickets, inquiries, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to communicate user feedback and technical requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new remote employees regarding IT protocols and security tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in using remote desktop software and ticketing systems.
