Role Overview:
You will be the first line of defense for our clients' technical needs, resolving issues remotely with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
- Configure and set up the equipment provided by the company for remote workstations.
- Document all support tickets and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
