Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure new equipment and peripherals provided by the company.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions and support tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while ensuring the client is updated throughout the process.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and company knowledge base updates.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, office software, and web browsers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
