Responsibilities
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO audits to improve search engine rankings for client websites.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and technical documentation.
- Technical Recruitment Support: Assist the technical recruiting team in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and ATS platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor traffic, rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Link Building: Execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks for our portfolio clients.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Digital Recruitment.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Florida preferred).
