Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and professional networks to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be currently located in North Carolina, USA.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
