Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting via chat, email, and phone to customers in the Nashville, NC area.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote clients.
- Guide users through technical processes and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and improve internal processes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on product features and technical documentation to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with operating systems and troubleshooting.
