Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems for clients across the US
- Document cases accurately in our CRM system while maintaining SLAs
- Collaborate with senior technicians for complex issue escalation
- Conduct virtual equipment setup and configuration for new clients
- Participate in continuous training on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 6+ months of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and networking basics
- Excellent problem-solving and written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at your home office
