- Provide remote technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal product knowledge.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
