Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research sessions and create detailed user personas
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system components
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with remote work portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (required)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional visual design skills with attention to typography and color theory
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in remote teams
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira/Asana
