Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using modern frameworks like React and Vue.js.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect code.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the team's technical best practices.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Must be located in Columbus, OH or willing to commute to the Polaris office for occasional team syncs.
