Responsibilities
- Conduct Weekend Interviews: Screen and interview candidates for open positions in Philadelphia, PA and Ohio during designated weekend shifts.
- Manage Pipelines: Maintain and update candidate databases within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of all remote applicants.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with team leaders to understand weekend shift requirements and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Schedule Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates regarding logistics for remote sessions.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a world-class, professional experience for all applicants by delivering timely feedback and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Remote Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition with a strong preference for candidates already working in 100% remote environments.
- Reliable Connectivity: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional workspace at home.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard work schedule.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and standard HR/Recruiting software (ATS).
