Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS Glue
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for C-suite stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
- Lead cross-functional projects with Product and Engineering teams
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong business acumen with marketing or finance domain knowledge
- Proven track record of presenting to executive audiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
