Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
