Responsibilities
Perform complex data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality datasets for reporting.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets.Translate business requirements into technical data models and analytical frameworks.Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes through data.Maintain data documentation and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.Experience with A/B testing and marketing analytics is a plus.
