Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize conversion funnels using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Lead cross-functional projects with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Manage digital advertising budgets exceeding $500K across PPC and programmatic platforms
- Create detailed monthly performance reports and present insights to executive stakeholders
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement innovative tactics to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a collaborative remote team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of increasing ROI through data-driven marketing campaigns
