Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
