Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch for B2B SaaS platforms
- Develop data-driven product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet customer needs in the Chicago tech ecosystem
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable development plans
- Define KPIs and implement analytics frameworks to measure product performance
- Present product strategies to executive stakeholders and C-level leadership
- Mentor junior product managers and foster cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products with measurable ROI
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Chicago's tech market and B2B customer landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders remotely
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and A/B testing frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
