Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to improve system architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.
