Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and implement features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions within the remote team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless scalability for growing user bases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) via virtual collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of working in 100% Remote or distributed teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual collaboration.
