Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, low-latency web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous unit testing to ensure system reliability and security.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud services (AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
