Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in existing code.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a modern framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
