Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting regular code reviews.
- Remote Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (design, product, and QA) to deliver features and resolve technical challenges.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the application stack and optimize database queries and front-end rendering.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure system stability and security.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for APIs and internal processes.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with SQL databases is required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable discussing technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficient in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and project management software (Jira, Trello).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
