Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical architectural discussions.
- Maintain and improve the CI/CD pipeline and deployment infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
