Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Lead architectural decisions for our microservices infrastructure and database optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality software products.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Deep understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
