Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients via remote desktop and phone support.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal systems and software applications.
- Mentor junior support staff and create comprehensive knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and improve user workflows.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction through proactive communication and rapid response times.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Operations, or Customer Success.
- Deep understanding of Windows/macOS environments, networking, and cloud services.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, Zoom) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
