Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, wireframing, and prototyping for complex B2B applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and external clients
- Stay current with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with enterprise SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology and complex problem-solving
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expert understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- BS/BA in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Remote work experience preferred
