Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into elegant solutions
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user journeys and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management in remote work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
