Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user insights
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critique sessions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with remote work background
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web and mobile app designs
- Experience with user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
