Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Create comprehensive design documentation and presentation materials for stakeholder reviews
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize user experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component library creation
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in remote work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
