Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Create detailed design systems and UI components to maintain consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user data insights
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and best practice workshops
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research to inform design decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to work independently in remote teams with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
