Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user testing sessions and analyze behavioral data
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with remote work
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
