Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS and e-commerce platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams via Slack/Jira
- Establish design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with remote work history
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
