Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from concept wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure brand consistency and developer efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with a clear narrative and business rationale.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a proven portfolio of mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
