Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
- Conduct technical audits of websites to identify and fix SEO errors, including site speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for specialized engineering and IT roles.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages and enhance user experience (UX).
- Monitor keyword trends and analyze competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage ATS pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Generate weekly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Relevant certification (Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
