Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients.
- Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles using modern ATS platforms, focusing on the Charlotte, NC and Georgia markets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web traffic data using Google Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure website copy is optimized for relevant keywords and user intent.
- Technical Recruitment: Source and screen candidates for technical and marketing roles, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Link Building: Execute ethical link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Remote Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling job descriptions and SEO content.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Charlotte, NC or Georgia preferred).
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail in data analysis and content review.
