Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified leads.
- Utilize technical recruiting methodologies to source, screen, and place top-tier engineering and IT talent.
- Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify market gaps.
- Optimize website architecture and content for search engines (On-Page SEO).
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on ROI.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define technical skill sets and hiring criteria.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Technical SEO, or Technical Recruiting.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development basics.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write compelling job descriptions and SEO copy.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States.
