Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, copy) for all platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to track progress and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for copywriting.
- Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how social media impacts organic search.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication.
