Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on security and performance.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a remote environment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
