Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our global clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular technical assessments and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the remote team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and at least one major framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
