As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat to customers nationwide.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using company-provided equipment.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Educate clients on product features and best practices to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to escalate complex bugs or feature requests.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
