Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via remote channels, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, escalating issues to senior teams when necessary while ensuring no customer is left waiting.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and internal documentation to provide accurate guidance.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting new hires during onboarding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (remote experience is a plus).
- Strong computer literacy, including Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
