Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier remote technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various operating systems and devices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions and ticket resolutions in our CRM system.
- Guide customers through software installation, updates, and configuration processes.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product updates to provide accurate and relevant advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
